RICE

Freshly harvested rice is spread in large, flat bamboo baskets to dry in the sun. When the husks are dry and brown the basket is shaken to scrub the husks off the grain. Then when the wind is correct the baskets are used to flip the rice into the air. The husks blow away and the rice falls back into the basket. Been doing it this way for centuries and it works every time.
