Hard as it is to believe no one inside was killed. The gunner, David Gamble, received severe injury to his right hand. His CVC helmit saved his life by stopping the frags which would have hit his head. The Tank Commander was wounded in the legs but able to return to duty after a few weeks. The loader received chest wounds but they were not fatal.
