By 1970 the Detachment was really becoming part of the permanent scene. Even a big sign to let everyone know who they were and there USAF status.
Major Dorman Lott was now the CO and SMS Johnny Irvin was the First Sergeant.
In June of 1971 the US Army was going home and Pamper once again moved, this time south to Camp Evans where it remained until it was closed in February 1972.
